It’s all about the view! Their policy of making you pre-order and pay is not a great one. And a 90 minute slot at the table is just not long enough to linger, enjoy the view and a couple of cocktails along with food. Should be at least two hours. I realize this is their window and they have limited seating availability post Covid, but customers are still paying quite a bit for the experience. I think they need to up their game a bit
