RecommendedWe had a great appetizer - the grilled octopus was cooked perfectly. The blood orange cosmos were too sour and they had an artificial lime juice taste. Thank. Goodness we ordered a great wine (Sangiovese) to pair with the pizzas. We asked for the pizzas to be more charred for crispier dough but they didn’t come out as requested. The crust had a great chew and all the pizzas had great flavor but they were not crispy...which was a little disappointing.
Pizzeria Orso is a gem of a restaurant in a Falls Church office building. The food is both delicious and creative, making one want to thank the chef after every meal. We visit weekly and we also think the staff is terrific!

Some of the best pizza in D.C. metro area. Go with a special as the chef uses seasonal ingredients. Family friendly, the layout is open but divided into separate areas with a large outside seating area. Good selection of local craft beers and imaginative cocktails-the special, a Jalapeño Basil Margarita, awesome! Best tasting pizza ordered the night we were there was a special morels pizza 🍕 Yes everyone got a taste. Super service that is aware but does not hover. Definitely going back soon.

Love the world class pizza but their low carb items are great like the grilled cauliflower and the fried artichokes.
