It seems that almost every pizzeria now is using the traditional wood-fired, Neapolitan style of making pies, and this one is no exception. Guests have their choice of white or red pizza; some of the 'bianche' include the 'Quattro Formaggi' (four cheese), the Primavera with asparagus, English Pea, speck (bacon) and egg or the popular 'Mais', which is a masterpiece of raw Prosciutto, sweet corn, crème frâiche and garlic. Good Pizza and drinks on Pearl street.
Pizzeria Locale makes me happier than any other restaurant in Denver/Boulder. Fabulous location, the best ingredients money can buy, wonderful staff and LEGIT pizza ovens. It's a tightly yet perfectly relaxed run ship. I dream of their pizza. It's a 'not to be missed' experience.
Alex and his awareness of wine and customer service are out of this world!!!
