Business travel took me to Evanston, IL - adjacent to Chicago. Next to the Hyatt, is Pizzeria Deville. I stopped in for early dinner and chose the Deluxe Deville Smashburger - I know, in a Chicago Pizzeria… it with a side of broccoli, was the best burger I’ve ever eaten! The place is clean, the staff/service is phenomenal - and as mentioned the food is outstanding! My compliments to Megan and Zach the cook - I’ll be back and post a picture of the burger!
We loved the motor city style crust, and our server was so kind and fun! We had a great time!
