2025: This is the second time in a row they have screwed up our order. Last time they forgot the arugula, this time they swapped the broccoli rabe for peppers without asking, and did not honor our request for extra basil on the margherita DOP. Such a shame that their QC is failing. They did not answer the phone. 2026: Had an issue ordering from here via Uber Eats. Their manager refused to correct it or work with us, even without it involving any kind of refund…
Learn to treat all customers equally. Please train your staff. It is not very difficult to train your staff. We'll take Terun and Italico over your service. Step up!
Picked up some take out, spaghetti pomodoro and Neapolitan meatballs. Highly recommend.
