Came from NYC for my Bday, on invite from my son, who lives & practices medicine in Chicago. After seeing Da Nella on RAI, I suggested to try it. So glad I did. Great food, friendly waiter, great atmosphere as we were able to eat outdoors! We were all impressed. I'm sure my son with friends & colleagues will be back! Thanks for helping to start my Birthday weekend on the right foot!!

Nella's food nourishes the soul! She is an absolute diamond in a city where there is no lack of good restaurants. Stepping into the warm, welcoming atmosphere of her restaurant makes me feel as if I am stepping into a restaurant in the heart of Napoli. Great, thin, slightly burnt, crust with plenty of bufala cheese ... the pizza is good but this place might be trying to do too much with sit down restaurant style and full, I mean really full, menu.
Best authentic pizza I have ever had. Definitely a visit on any trip we make to Chicago (5 visits in 5 trips so far).
