My wife and I stumbled upon this place.We are old "baby boomers" , we've eaten a lot of pizza over the years. BUT, our pizza here was the best we,ve Ever had. Truly. We don,t live nearby, but agreed we would be willing to make the drive as often as possible. simple, fresh ingredients, just-right crust, it has it all ! also a great greek salad ! don't miss this place, it is a genuine keeper. I dream of their food – Amazing pizza, amazing sauce, amazing crust and one thing I have never found with other restaurants in Nashville: consistency. I've been here many times, brought friends from all over the country and have had consistently good pizza every time. I seriously dream about their pizza. Their salad is also to die for. Great atmosphere and patio. It is the best pizza in town, hands down.
Great pizza, great location – My wife and I are West-Enders, but we were looking for a new pizza place and happened upon PIzza Real across the river. The first good thing was the outdoor seating, which provides a gorgeous view of Five Points and downtown beyond. It iused to be next to impossible to find anything other than Chef Boyardee pizza in Nashvile, but now that I have found Pizze Real I can get a quality home syle pizza anytime I want al – Pizze Real is the real deal. Relaxed atmosphere,friendly staff and pizza like my Momma used to make. No canned Tomatoes and quality cheese,not oily or greasy but fresh. A great alternative to the Pizza chain stores. Absolutely Delicious! – Absolutely the BEST pizza in East Nashville, and one of the best in Nashville. Fresh ingredients, quick service, and an inviting atmosphere. The menu is pretty basic-- your options are a smattering of kebabs, pizza, and 2 salads. Both the Greek salad and the pizzas were fantastic. I only wish they would expand the menu to include some more salads, zucchini sticks, and maybe some fresh mozzarella sticks.
Great place to go... – My husband, myself and our 2-year-old decided to check out Pizze Real because we have yet to find a great pizza restaurant where pizza is treated with respect. love it, love it – Great pizza, not crowded, order the mezathakia, sit by the fireplace or get a view of downtown! the only downer is the ditzy waitress (you'll know if you get her) but the food makes up for it! i went in one Saturday afternoon without knowing they are closed but the owner served me anyway! i'm a fan!
