Nightmare I received a 35% promotion from this salon up in Jupiter. It's obvious why they have to cut their prices by more than a third. I had one of the rudest stylists that I've ever met. On top of that I brought a picture of the cut that I wanted and it didn't even remotely look like it. It looked like she cut my bangs with a lawnmower!!! When I went back the next day to have the obvious pieces that were hanging in my face trimmed up, she cut it even shorter!!! Now I have to pin my bangs up until they grow out, so I can h... read more
NEVER AGAIN!!! Do these people even have a license to cut hair?! I won't name names, but the b**** that cut my hair gave me wiplash she yanked me around so much. On top of that, all she did was whine about how much the chinese restaurant which she had gotten her food from sucked so much and how much she hated the manager. What a disappointment. I should have asked for my money back!
Great place The stylists here are very creative and there isn't much turnover. My stylist has been cutting my hair for 3 years. They're usually running on time or very close to it. Everyone is very friendly. They're a full service salon and day spa. I've had other service there too and they were all terrific. They have a few different locations.. I've been to 3 of them and they were all great.
