I was very pleasantly surprised by this new to me local pizza truck. Randomly found them on IG and they happened to be at Gazebo Gardens that night so I went to check them out. I ordered a Marguerita to try first. Quite impressed. When I held up a slice, it did not flop immediately, it took a second or two for the slice to start flopping, which is wonderful. I ordered the pesto sausage pizza and my husband ordered the hot Hawaiian with no chili peppers tonight at gazebo gardens where they were located tonight. Both pizzas were delicious and had so much flavor!! We highly recommend and will be back
