What's better than pizza? Build-Your-Own-Pizza. Of course it can't possibly get better than BYOP, right? WRONG. Pizzanese is a new place that opened up in Herndon, VA--first of it's kind. Great concept, perfect for a quick lunch. The customization options are nearly endless, and the weekday deals are phenomenal... 2 pizzas and 2 drinks for like $15. The pizza itself is excellent, and the selection of toppings have always seemed fresh. The most important feature being the awesome crust that reminds me of my time in Rome. This is a new build your own personal pizza type place. Their pizzas are great and you get a lot of ingredients to choose from. They also have some interesting dessert pizzas. The main downside is that it is obvious that they are new. The workers there haven't completely learned their menu and are unpracticed. Still recommend at least trying it once. It is quite an experience.
