The designers were creative, professional, and had good ideas pleasant to work with. However, communication throughout the project was lacking, and we frequently had to follow up for updates. Several of the items we selected were later found to be unavailable, some items were not ordered at all, and the wrong door handles were ordered. The update of my home looks amazing, from the beautiful new kitchen, stylish light fixtures, stunning wallpaper, custom upholstery pieces, to trendy mirrors, draperies and cushions. Gabriele is a joy to work with. She came up with fabulous ideas for our home design in Burlington. We used her service for design ideas and consultation. She delivered stunning ideas. The only negative we had with our experience was not with Pizzale Designs, but with a referral given to us to a metal fabricator who came highly recommended.
