Ordered a large pizza at 5:30… an hour later no pizza… called and they told me they had not received my order, yet money was already taken out of my account. I then had my order taken again and was told 15 minutes, 40 minutes later… no pizza. I called again and was told it would be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes. Never again, can’t recommend.

I don’t like eating at any other pizza place since I found out about pizzaiolo, they’re honey heat pizza is insanely good.😩

Stopped here on my way home to Ottawa. Best pizza I've ever had. I only wish there was a location in Ottawa.

I ordered through the skip the dishes app and there was a mistake in the first delivery. I called the store location and they were extremely welcoming to the informatiin and offered to send extras and redo the pizza with no troubles whatsoever and they were here within 20 minutes again. The pizza is absolutely delicious and I will definitely order again some great service!
