My family and I regularly order at the Oakville location however we were in the Burlington area and decided to order from this location. We had ordered a extra large cheese pizza. I’m unaware if the ingredients were not fresh… in addition the doughs taste and texture were not consistent with the other franchises I have had. With this said the pizza tasted off and was disappointed in my experience at this location.

Extremely disappointed with both the food and customer service. The food was cold, poorly prepared, and lacked any real flavor or freshness. ordered a pizza and was extremely disappointed — pizza completely burnt. The crust was blackened and hard,On top of that, the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. The guy is just yelling to the other staff nothing else .Very poor quality and even worse customer service. I won’t be ordering again.

My husband and I enjoy ordering pizza from here from time to time. I’d say we order once a month, and it is *usually* made how we have come to enjoy it. But the consistency is off, and sometimes it’s made too thin or the toppings are much less than the time before where it’s noticeable. Paying the hefty price tag for pizza means we expect it to be the same great tasting pizza every time. We may switch locations due to this inconsistency.
