RecommendedEvery thin crust pizza claims to be authentic NY style, but Pizzaiolo actually is. What a wonderful surprise to discover the pizza that I knew growing up, here in Maine. The flavors - esp the cheese - are exactly right. I highly recommend this place!

RecommendedWas looking for a place where I could get a solid NY slice. This place is classic-- thin crust, large, foldable and hot. Best part-- the chefs/owners- they're the nicest people ever. Super down to earth and take pride in their ingredients and technique. I won't go anywhere else for a slice.
