I’ve been coming here for years, but it sadly feels like PizzaHacker has gone down a bit lately. The biggest issue is still the ordering process. They force you to scan a QR code at the table to do everything, and then they tack on a vague “me&u Service Charge” at the end (not entirely clear if it’s a credit card fee or what). To make matters worse, the interface forces you to click on a tip amount just to advance to the payment screen, which is incredibly irritating for a self-service model. We absolutely loved this amazing pizza spot we visited in San Francisco! The pizzas we ordered were extremely fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the perfect crust definitely deserve full marks. The sides and fries we had alongside them complemented the meal beautifully. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area!
