Our dough is naturally leavened aka "sourdough." We can our sauce from dry-farmed early girl tomatoes from local farms for our "Top Shelf Margherita" (7x7's 50 things to eat in SF before you die) We stretch our mozzarella from local curd. Our ingredients, beer and wine are from small, local producers as much as possible.

Small pizza with very minimal weight. No choice for size so you don't know what you'll get until you receive the light weight pizza.
The food was delicious! The meatballs had so much flavor, the sauce was amazing, the pizza was fabulous. Authentic Italian flavor. We ordered 1 pizza and 3 meatballs and it was perfect for my 3 person family.
We got the margarita pizza and the over the top pizza. The margarita pizza was alright it was too much cheese it didn't really feel like a margarita pizza, and then the over the top one was just not to our taste. The wings were extra cripsy but lacked favor. The home made ranch was also not the best.
