Ordered the gluten free pizza crust and was disappointed to find it excessively chewy and raw. I wasn't able to eat it as I couldn't break apart some spots with my teeth - it was almost like undercooked pasta. Maybe a pre-bake step was missed? I had this pizza frequently last year and I remember it actually being crispy.

We moved to the area a year and a half ago and are big pizza lovers. Coming from the Chicagoland area, we were used to really great pizza. We've struggled to find a great thin crunchy crust pizza in this area until we visited this afternoon. I found my pizza! We had simple sausage and onion, half pepperoni, and it was really, really good. The sauce wasn't too sweet, the sausage had great fennel notes, the cheese was plentiful and that cracker crust was amazing! The Chianti was very good, as were the draft beers. Such a fun place! Our party had a total of 4 adults & 5 kids. Everyone was entertained and fed very well! Laryssa, our waitress, really went above and beyond to accommodate all of the drinks, food, etc. She was so kind and attentive!
