Bad service, they messed up order, can't handle too much
When I ordered from here the first time I loved it. After that food starting going down hill, either the pizza was burnt or not cooked enough . Steak sandwiches with sesame seed rolls!? Cheese Fries with hair in it . I don't think I will be ordering from here again. Over priced for the poor quality of food & customer service.

We apologize for your recent experience. We normally address any complaints that are brought to our attention. As far as quality, we haven't changed anything since opening day. Seeded rolls...it's what we resort to if we run out of our unseeded roll-must've been a busy hot sandwich day! We strive to do our best here. Sorry we couldn't make things right for you.
Whenever I'm back home visiting, I stop here (which is QUITE often) Love it! I had one unsatisfactory experience but one of the girls made it right! People are human-not perfect!!!! I read some reviews. SMH. I can't see these people not making an overall positive impact in this area!!!! Family people! (Keep your head up ;) Great addittion! Thumbs up! Very CLEAN! Staff is very friendly and prompt. Got my vote and my family's.

Today was my first day trying this place out and it was excellent. We had Italian hoagies and the crabby fries and it was excellent. We definitely be going back.
