We stopped at Twist Pizza in Naperville today to order pizzas for my son’s 9th birthday party at Activate, which is conveniently located in the same plaza. What a great find! The pizzas were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. One 16” pizza was plenty to feed five hungry 9-year-old boys, which definitely impressed me. I've had Pizza Twist in other cities before, but the Chicago location? Completely different level. The way they cook here is incredible, fresh ingredients, perfectly marinated, and the portions were huge for the deal I got. Hands down the best Pizza Twist I've ever eaten, and honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had, period. Whatever they're doing in that kitchen, they need to keep doing it.
The pizza was delicious and I definitely recommend it, but the wings were average. They seemed a bit undercooked. I went at night before closing and they seemed understaffed. It took 20+ minutes to get the wings.
I'm writing this 3-star review with the hopes of getting management's attention. It always pains me to do it; I'd love nothing more than to upgrade the rating. First of all, we love exploring new veg places, like a treasure hunt! We were thrilled to find this potential gem. We've ordered now about 5-6 times, and we just keep encountering funny things.
