I ordered a pizza and wanted to change the delivery address, but there was no option to do so. When I called, they told me I had to cancel the order. After I canceled it, I was told that I would not get my money back and that I would have to place a new order, which I did. Service was horrible! I placed an order for 1:00pm around 11:30am. I got there around 1:15 and the food still wasn’t ready. I placed an order for delivery through their website at 9:01 pm and it didn’t give me an update or anything so I called at 9:49 pm bc I had no confirmation or tracking information. The lady on the phone said it’d be another 25 minutes so there I go waiting. At 10:48pm I called again because it’s almost been 2 hours, so where’s my food? The lady over the phone had no sense of urgency & lacked the knowledge in my orders status. She said it wasn’t up to her for the delay and it was up to doordash or ubereats to come and pick up... read more
