the men's and women's restrooms had no hot water. and the floors were so slick and oily my daughter fell down because the floor and I slipped and almost fell once and I saw another guy fall and catch himself on the half wall by the buffet. the floors were absolutely disgusting you can see the oil and grease on them. very sad because I've been in there before and it was clean
