It's sad that the management doesn't care about It's customers. I have allergies to shellfish and they would not substitute the item on the sample appetizer, to something I could eat. They said they can remove that item or I can buy a whole additional item separately for the full price. No consideration at all. When you are that strict on the menu items you offer, to me, that equates to bad customer service. I guess the days of good restaurants are gone because all they care about is the money.

I regret signing up for the reward point system. For every $100 I get $5 off. Ranch costs money, and it shouldn’t costs money. If it does, at least bring a little pitcher of ranch, not small plastic cups. Food was pretty good. Great family place to eat. 1 large pizza and 2 smalls costs $79.00

They’ve earned our business for life! We’ve always loved Pizza Shack, but today they went above and beyond. Uber Eats literally drove off with our entire order, so after two hours and 3 very hungry little kids, I called and Pizza Shack remade the order and the manager himself took the time to deliver it to us. I wish I would have gotten his name, but this pregnant tired mama really appreciates the above and beyond service that saved the day!
