Oscar is the rudest most unprofessional employee!! Pizza was an hour and a half late and cold. He hung up on me and cursed at me!

Is this pizza serious?!? Oscar is absolutely the worst person I've ever had to deal with. This place was 2 hours late with my boss's order yesterday! He promises her a free meal today, and decides to NOT live up to the promise. HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN A BUSINESS?!?
