I am the owner at PIZZA ROMA and the gentle men in question were told that we were sorry and we would remake the pizza and were told nothing of anything being wrong with the other pizzas,or we would have took care of it,we have had more orders from same company after this and have had no complaints,so please don't listen to what people say,unless you know all the facts,thank you and try the food and let us know.,and hope you enjoy.
Yesterday I ordered three large pizzas from this location and all three arrived cold and maintained a cardboard consistancy. To top it off I found a curly black hair on one of the the pie's. After being called a liar over the phone the resturaunt refused to fix the situation and contenued to be really rude. It's fair to say no one in my company will order from here again.
Somewhere between cardboard and actual pizza. I would have had a better guess if the pizza would have arrived hot. But after an hour and fifteen minute wait, the pizza was cold, over priced for the sad quality and taste and they couldn't get the price right or figure out how to run my credit card. Bottom line; I will never order pizza from them again as a two dollar frozen pizza would have been better!!

Amazing Calzones – Every time I am in Columbus Ga, I have to have a calzone from Pizza Roma. Their food is amazing!!! The fresh ingredients and the love comes through in the taste. Delivery is worth the wait. Don't waste your time or money going somewhere else. This is Italian like Guido likes. Go get you some.
Amazing Food – Amazing food ,currently my favorite place to order from,my best meal is the Calazone Wow it is so good ,also I love those people Meatball Spagetti,the most delicious Spagetti I ever have.....The only thing I don't like is the delivery waiting time especially when I'm hungery so I always call for my order and go to pick it up.

Pizza Roma is surprising me with their great food I visited Columbus Ga this weekend to join my sister 's son graduation at Fort Benning Ga. then we got Pizza Roma menu from the front desk and they recommended it to us, we order a pretty big order from this place (4 XL pizza one supreme, one margherita, one meat lover and one extra cheese) unblivable ..... this pizza was the best I had since a long time and the only thing better I remembered was my grandmother pizza"she was Italian" I called the pizza place and thank the coo... read more
