I had a not so pleasant experience July 4th weekend and I wrote a quick email to the manager, Tim, to provide some feedback. Not only did my email get responded to within minutes but Tim offered to remake the order and provided his cell number to contact when I was ready to reorder. I reordered and received the order. The ladies at Pizza Rock were very nice to me after being followed and harrased by a homeless man. They allowed me inside, gave me water, called the police, and got me escorted to my car safely. I would 100% recommend their restaurant, even without tasting the pizza. It smelled great!
