Stopped here today after a trip to the zoo. The buffet and salad bar was well stocked. Our food was hot and fresh. Our table server Cara checked on us regularly. She was polite and helpful. She did a great job! A couple of the other servers seemed to have a small attitude problem and may need to work on their smiles.
Walked in and waited for the employee and the one that came up was a young man with ear buds in his ears, I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still didn’t get it right,🤦♀️ maybe if he didn’t have plugs in his ears he would of heard me right, I know whatever is on the other end isn’t that important
Cara took amazing care of us! She made us feel wanted, cared for, and appreciated. She blew us away with her helpful, engaging, and upbeat personality!
