We went in on a Sunday night, few customers, food was fresh and hot and variety was good. The young man bringing fresh food out made it a point to check in with a gentleman waiting on more chicken to let him know it would be a few more minutes, I thought that was above and beyond. The young lady at the register walked around clearing plates and checking on customers. No complaints.
Pizza diversity was low. Chicken was dried out, no breasts were out, and it seemed like it had been out for a long time. I was hoping chicken breasts would be put out over the hour we were there, but they were not. I requested a stuffed crust Tuscan Roma when checking in, and it was made but a little under-cooked. I was most disappointed in the pizza diversity at 1 PM. It's a bit expensive, and the food is pretty underwhelming.
It's great that you can request a pizza(s) of your choice when you pay. They did a great job with less than adequate staff. Love the variety of food. Love the deserts - soft serve and warm desert choices.
