Guys, what’s up? Came here for a bite on Wednesday night at 7pm and it was closed. The website said it was open and closes at 8 pm but it was locked and dark. You can’t even update the website?
We had a very pleasant experience at Pizza Plant Italian Pub - Canalside. The location is especially convenient if you are staying at Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Downtown/Canalside, as the restaurant is located in the same building. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. We had a pizza and a dessert, and both were very tasty. To start our sever Grace A did not bother to ask us how we are, then we ordered blue cheese with our pizza and we ended up not getting it. Then a cockroach started crawling onto the table while we were eating. Bartender Ryan was fantastic! Place was busy but Sabres were playing so understandable. Needed more servers during game time.
Went before going to a Sabres game. There were 6 of us, it wasn't too busy many open tables. Hostess said it would be a 10 min wait for a table, which actually turned out to be 30 minutes, again there were open tables available. Once seated we waited another 20 before our server came around to order drinks. We had planned on ordering food but by the time our drinks arrived there wouldn't be time to get to the game.
