Thank you for your great service, atmosphere and special treatment! – We just love going to Nick's for our favorite double decker pizza. Our kids love your thin crust, but my husband and I like the double deckers! Our server, Tessa, knew exactly what we needed before we ever asked for it. We love your peanuts too!!!! Best Pizza and Place for families! – I still believe NIck's is the best pizza in Crystal Lake and they offer half baked pizzas. I take home, place in the freezer for a later date! YUMM! WOW! bad – Large pizza MAY feed 2. Soggy and way overpriced. If you like indifferent service surrounded by dead stuffed animals and a thousand screaming kids this is your place. Sandwiches are good but be prepared to wait an hour and don't expect hot fries. Disposable styrophome plateware is an environmental crime.
Not what I expected – Soggy crust because of overloading of ingredients. stale peanuts. It seemed like they may be cutting corners.
Best Pizza on Earth! – The pizza is all that they say it is and the decor is fun for kids and adults. When we were there they wer hosting a fundraiser for a local children's charity - can't help feeling good about helping out while helping myself to more great pizza!
I like it crispy! – To steal a phrase, "2 very big thumbs up" to Nick's Pizza. It is everything a pizza joint should be, from the enormous entrance doors, to the spotless and efficient bathrooms, and everything in between. We had the tortilla soup, very good, spicy, sort of a beany Max & Erma's tortilla with less cheese. And the pizza was all it was shouted to be. Very crispy crust, very tasty and ample topping.
