Waited 20 mins while my pick.up order sat on top of the ovens and when I spoke up about them bypassing me I was told you're not important. You're not Indian wtf
My wife Lisa and I went to Pizza Pizza in Vernon tonight and it was just as amazing as I remember it from 30 years ago when I was living in Mississauga Ontario. Well done!
My husband ordered a pizza tonight and was told he had a 15-20 min wait for the pizza. FOURTY minutes later he finally got our pizza. Seriously??? you promise a pizza in 15-20 mins and don't even offer compensation for the wait time??? That's how you do business with valued customers? We will NEVER go back to this store and I will not be recommending this place to anyone!!

Zero stars. Worst service ever. I ordered at 6:18pm , still nothing, it's now 10 to 8pm. I do actually like their food, but the owners suck at everything else. The location is literally a 7 minute walk from my house. I just didn't want to leave and am willing to pay for the delivery. But ffs. Get with the program.
On a commandé une pizza avec poulet. Sur le site web, la pizza avait des lanières de poulet, et semblait assez épaisse. Lorsque nous avons eu la pizza, il y avait un total de 10 petits morceaux de poulet (taille d'une petite fraise),..sur 8 pointes ! Et la pizza était mince, et decevante. Une médium pizza, 26$ incluant taxes.....1ere mais dernière fois qu'on commande là.
