Went in to pick up an online order. It wasn’t ready and I was told it was going to be another 20 minutes. I asked if I would be notified again and I was told no with attitude like I was asking the for the world. I was told they were busy with. Only one other person in the store and the lady behind the counter wasn’t making any pizzas or none lined up on top of the oven.

We had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. My wife went in to order one slice of pizza for my daughter. When my wife asked for the pizza, the staff told her they would not provide a box, and my wife said that was fine. However, when my wife mentioned that I would leave a review for the store, the employee suddenly refused to sell her anything, spoke to her in Farsi using inappropriate language, and told her to leave the store. I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their “40 minutes or it’s free” policy, I have not received a full refund. The quality of the pizza was also unacceptable—it arrived cold and was inedible. Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory. I was given a $10 credit to use towards the purchase of another pizza, which I made clear was for the poor quality, not in place of the full refund I was promised for the late delivery.
