I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their “40 minutes or it’s free” policy, I have not received a full refund. The quality of the pizza was also unacceptable—it arrived cold and was inedible. Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory.
