Ordered pick up pizza ×2 @ 1046 P.M.went to pick up pizza. Told it will be five minutes. Waited 2o mins only to argue with Jasmine. Our pizza sat out for 15 minutes above the oven. As we waited for her the finish her conversation with the employee. Very rude behavior at the till with Jasmine.as she says she was making the pizza. But standing and talking with another employee who was at the front desk for the last 20 minutes. Very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza. I requested the pizza to be regularly baked, but it was delivered lightly done, which really affected the taste and quality. On top of that, it was missing the creamy garlic drizzle and olive oil I specifically added to the order. To make matters worse, the delivery arrived over 10 minutes past the guaranteed delivery time. When you're paying extra for customizations and timely service, it's frustrating to get neither.
