Pizza was ok in taste.Staff was good, we tried two different kind of pizzas which was good.I just had concerns about waiting is too much time. Please kind attention to that, I know sometime is busy but try to fix this if possible.
I had a great experience at Pizza Pizza today. The staff member named Parri was very friendly and helpful. She served me with a big smile and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her service was excellent and made my visit even better. Thank you, Parri!
Ordered pick up pizza ×2 @ 1046 P.M.went to pick up pizza. Told it will be five minutes. Waited 2o mins only to argue with Jasmine. Our pizza sat out for 15 minutes above the oven. As we waited for her the finish her conversation with the employee. Very rude behavior at the till with Jasmine.as she says she was making the pizza. But standing and talking with another employee who was at the front desk for the last 20 minutes. I'm not from Thunder Bay but will order from another organization other than pizza pizza from now on.... read more
