No friendly behavior, couldn't use washroom and common excuse given
Nice job on the double cheese.I paid for. Two slices don't have any on it. With the cost of this pizza that is quite frustrating. I don't know how somebody pulled that out of the oven and put it in the box thinking it was okay.
I’m not even exaggerating when I say this Pizza Pizza changed my life. I walked in expecting a regular pizza stop, but what I got was something out of a movie. Ahmad was a straight-up legend, treating me like a VIP, making sure everything was perfect, and bringing the kind of energy that just makes your whole day better. and the older white guy working there?? this man is a national treasure. Amazing service from the guy at the front counter. I think his name is Ahmed I’m not too sure. I came into the store and he complimented my jacket instantly and told me I look great! What a guy honestly. He was talking to me while he was working and made me feel at home. He got my order right and it was great. He also helped me fix a problem I had on my phone after the order was complete. The guy can do it all! We need more people like Ahmed. Definitely coming back here again.
Worst experience.... Poor customer service especially by the white guy who works there. When we came inside the store nobody was there to attend us. A few minutes later, the white guy came in with a delivery bag. He stood in the counter and started staring at me. Worst order taker... rude way of talking. Couldn't even hear a word he was saying. I don't care if he is the owner, manager, or whoever he is. So much happened and I don't want to say all that. Feeling bad about giving the tip to someone who doesn't deserve it.
