Absolute embarrassment of a franchise. Ordered 2 pizzas from this location on Sat Oct 25th. As per their company promise sent and advertised in the emailed order confirmation, your order is to be delivered in 50 minutes or free. I received an email order confirmation stating my order was placed at 8:36PM. The driver showed up at my house at 9:40PM. 1 hour 4 mins for 2 pizzas to be delivered less than 2km. We come here usually. The service is great but today while I was waiting for my pizza, I noticed that most of the staff members were not handling the food with hygiene. They were handling frozen food without gloves and touching other surfaces without washing their hands. The food is amazing but I would recommend better hygiene for handling the food items.
