Nice customer service
We got a small pizza and fries earlier today. The pizza was ok, but the fries were burnt and rock-hard. For reference, we took a photo of other fries that we got later to compare what was sold to us. Upon calling the pizza pizza call center, they mentioned that they cannot offer a refund and that fresh fries are the only solution. At that point we had already gotten fries from elsewhere (McDonald’s) and would have to drive all the way back to get a new box. It was really delicious
Genuinely surprised by how delicious the pizzas and pizza-adjacent products are. As I usually order online, I didn’t know they were freshly hand-made until I stumbled upon their tiny gas station shop and was able to peer inside the kitchen at the massive slab of raw dough on the counter. This is probably my favourite place to get take-out now!
