Very poor customer service! I was placing an order over the phone, and the person taking my order rudely disconnected the call while I was still speaking. I was in the middle of explaining my order, and he simply hung up without any explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are trying to place an order. I am very unhappy with this experience and hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer service.
