I visited Pizza Pizza last Monday night and had a great experience. The staff member Manjot was very friendly, polite, and helpful. My order was taken quickly and everything was done smoothly. Really appreciated the good service!
I’ve had repeated issues with service at this location, both as a customer and while picking up orders as an Uber driver. Staff were unprofessional and dismissive, and communication around wait times was inaccurate. What stood out most was the attitude instead of basic courtesy or transparency, there was visible frustration taken out on others.
