I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Pizza. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about my order, the employee barely acknowledged me and acted like I was bothering them. Customers should not feel disrespected when they’re simply asking for the food they pay for. The staff clearly need better training in customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location again.
I visited this place with my friends on Saturday March 7, one of my friend asked the staff to use the washroom and the reply we got was “ Washroom is locked and we don’t have the key”. Like seriously
No cleaniness and washerooms are not in use.
:D We are first time leaving an online review. The walk in pizza was well done, medium with chicken and fresh garlic. It was delicious! The ladies at this location are very kind and listen well to taking orders between staff and also their coworkers. Also Manjot was my server, she was friendly, and patient with me when I was taking a while to make my order. I really appreciate that!
Visited this place, pizza is very good, Selena provided excellent service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was handled perfectly. Her positive attitude really stood out. Great customer service like this makes a big difference — thank you, Selena!
