The customer service at this location is always superb. They are always very polite and helpful and go above and beyond to help the customer and cook a very yummy pizza. They increased the prices recently which is disappointing but i have pizza once a year so it doesn't really effect me that much.
The vegan cheese is great, it is melty, gooey and nice tasting. The staff are always friendly and the time to wait for the pizza is always fair and quick! Crust is always perfect too.
Pizza Pizza management. Please shut this place down. Tonight I witnessed a horrible verbal confrontation between a customer and a female European employee who claimed that she had been with Pizza Pizza for 25 years. All about a cheese substitution that had been given at his regular Pizza Pizza. Then, I got to thinking about my own experiences. Lukewarm pizza, chintzy slices, total lack of slice selection, indifferent employees. No wonder this franchise is empty whenever I have been there.
