The manager Nick and General Manager Chase at the East Wash store need some sensitivity as well as customer service training. Horrible customer service and the pizza is over priced.
Quality of the pizza. The owner, he needs to work on his people's skills.
Worst place in the world to work. Does NOT protect their employees from discrimination, rules are not enforced, must pick up slack from lazy coworkers, and hand washing is limited at best.
Well I ordered from Cambridge location took 1 1/2 hours ordered exactly at 4 when opened Had to call after an hour Pizza was crust was cooked on one side and not on other half of pizza toppings were in box no longer on pizza 1/2 has a lot of cheese and chicken the other had double Did not order this way cold
