Please, please, for the love of God, do a local undercover boss and get rid of Michael, the manager. Talk to the employees and you will quickly realize what an unprofessional tyrant you have on your hands. Then you can ask yourselves how many long time customers you have lost by keeping him employed. I am certainly one.
