Used to love this place but it really going down hill and fast!!! The teenage kids don't seem to be supervised. They stand around eating, drinking and talking loudly without any respect to the customers. Warm Pizza is getting harder to get...They used to have a great manager, guess she was smart and moved on...
Today, at 2:00pm, the place was pretty full (a table or 2 empty). Buffalo wing pizza, and fireman jack were the only pizza out, they looked like they had been there for a while, cooked pasta in a sink with water running over it for literally 15 minutes maybe more. No one to dish pasta. I told the one employee that there weren't any plates, salad bowls either, and his reply, "yeah". REALLY?? Pizza was not good, even the ranch was nasty. I dont see the hype in this place.
This is a favorite place for my family and I. We've had several family parties there, it's a favorite date night for the hubby and I, and my daughter LOVES the pasta. Always so tasty. Never had any problems. Side note, they are also very GENEROUS with their donations and fundraisers. We love having a Pizza Pie Cafe in North Ogden! Let's keep it forever. :)
RecommendedWe absolutely love the Pizza Pie Cafe. It's great for date night, or fun events. We went for a Bridal Shower in their party room and it was great. The food is so good and we love the variety. Salad bar is always fresh and the garlic knots are so so good. The owners are amazing and you can tell they care about their restaurant and the food they make. Save room for desert pizza!
A child dropped a few pieces of pepperoni on the floor and carefully picked it up and placed it back in the salad bar. The salad bar was the only food that I had control over, and now that's questionable too. Time to charge more, use better ingredients and hire a few adults! Maybe even a real cook.
