I tried to call about an order I placed & the woman named (lily) I believe, was horrible. She acted as if she didn’t speak English, but would understand me asking to speak with someone else. I asked for a manager multiple times for her to say no & that a manager will be in next week. I asked can I speak with another worker, she told me no! I said I don’t want to speak with you i want to speak with someone else, she told me no one else was working. I can clearly hear other ppl in the background.
