Food is good, but went there tonight, had once again a new person on counter. Ordered wings and sandwich. Sandwich done eating, ask about wings. Told by New girl there working on it. Said ok. Wings done brought out tossed on table and walked away. Very rude. Will not go back

Pizza is excellent, Delivery time of 1.5 - 2 hours seems a bit long in Myrtle Creek.

Really sorry for the wait. We only have 1 driver on during the normally slow days. Sometimes out if nowhere we can get 20+ deliveries at once. It's so hard to guess when that will happen on some nights. Usually it's 45 mins or so. Again very sorry. If u have time to call tomorrow afternoon I will make it up to u. Just ask for Sean.
Ordered two large pizzas to go was told it would be 30 minutes got there and had to wait another's 20 minutes got the pizza home and it was like chewing on a old leather shoe it was so over cooked not as good as it use to be wont be going back any to soon
I've had better,it's always cooked to long the crust is hard

I'm sorry u don't like the crust. A huge majority of our customers like it crispy. If u decide to order again just let us know u don't want it to crispy. We do it for people when they ask. We can cook it to any crispness u like
Great food good atmosphere easy to get to plenty of parking perfect for take out by yourself with the family or even more kudos Pizza Palace
We got everthing we asked for. The owner rocks if you have a problem with anything he fixes it for you. The staff is great to!
