Food is good but I was double charged on my card and when I called the manager told me she would have to call her manager and I would be called back around 5. I got no response from them at all. I understand mistakes happen but poor customer service is inexcusable
Bad wait staff. Ordered and paid online went to pick up. staff was rude. Told me i ordered from different location, when i asked them to look again they found my order. I will never return to this location again. I love the staff from Greensburg i will do all my ordering with them from now on.
I'll start off by saying this place had a really good Turkey, bacon, cheddar hoagie. Tonight we ordered the Turkey, bacon, cheddar hoagie delivered to us. Bad mistake! Not only is the manager a liar, but he is a very rude person. What we received was a ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato hoagie (which the manager called..a Turkey club). He told me Turkey, bacon, cheddar hoagies do not exist here! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I'm actually offended because this place isn't rated higher. I'm obsessed, and I mean obsessed, with the chicken bacon spinach and ricotta pizza. It's a little pricey with all the toppings but it's worth every dime. Always quick and correct. Love me some Marsala!
The pizza is good but maybe the delivery drivers can keep the toppings on the pizza when delivering...
