My boyfriend and I stopped by Pizza Maria while we were waiting for my daughter to finish her Tahitian lessons, and I’m so glad we did! This place has such a cozy, mom-and-pop feel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Asked for plain spaghetti with just olive oil for my son and was told this was fine: “Anything you want.” Man behind counter asked if that meant no garlic and I said yes nothing but pasta and olive oil. He brought pasta covered in Parmesan and when I let him know my son wouldn’t eat it he said I hadn’t said no Parmesan and didn’t take it back or bring out other pasta. A great neighborhood pizza restaurant that we have visited many times over the years. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, and we have never had any issues. Their crust has a great texture, and the toppings are not too salty. They have a wide range of options for pizzas and toppings.
