They messed up my order, admitted the mistake, and offered me a free pizza on my next visit. When I returned, they acknowledged making the promise but said they had changed their mind and would no longer honor it. Mistakes happen, but refusing to keep your word is unacceptable.

I just seen that. They had a code on my receipt as I was getting ready to throw it away. But my pizza was horrible! The sausage didn’t even seem like it was done on the Pizza! I had to throw it out because it gave me diarrhea!
