Ordered 2 pizzas waited over an hour to only receive one that was cold! DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE!! Tried to check the receipt to see if charged for 2 pizzas but of course not itemized! Worst ever
A couple of recommendations would be to start being even remotely close to your estimated time for deliveries, try creating a pizza that looks like the toppings were placed on the pizza by a person with thumbs and quit being so darn greedy, burnt as can be, I mean really, it's just a pizza, $33, really? 25 minutes late, really? Very poor service.. called and ordered was told 40-50 delivery and ended up waiting almost 2 hours.. went to store because when you call it was busy (later said they took the phone off the hook) stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes no one said anything. And when I went to walk out because no one helped me a boy in street clothes decided to walk behind the counter and talk to the workers like it was nothing. Call and finally got someone to answer and the man was very rude.
Called to place an order and the lady on the phone was extremely rude! I hung up and didn’t order, won’t order from there again!!! Horrible customer service!!!
I waited 45 mins for my delivery. My pizza that I ordered with bbq sauce had NO bbq sauce. Called the store, and then proceeded to go to the store in person. I wanted a refund, when Jerry the "supervisor" informed me their store offers no refunds. Jerry then assured me he made the pizza with bbq sauce. That pizza was nothing BUT bbq sauce. So done with this location. They're a joke!
This place is a knock off, generic Pizza King. Shouldn’t even be called pizza king. There were flys flying around our table and on our food. It was hot in there. They don’t accept regular pizza king coupons. Oh and the bread sticks are disgusting and the cheese isn’t the same. I will NEVER be back.
