Service was horrible. It took so long just to get the appetizer and then the waitress never took out main order. Finally I gave up and just requested the check. I'll never waste my time there again.
Great little place! Love the outdoor seating and Krissi is AMAZING! One of our favorite places to go.
My first time in the Aiken store, THe food was amazing, service was great. We will be back.
Every time we come here the service sucks. It takes 20-25 min to get your watered down tea. 45 to get apps. 1hr + to get entree. While the people next to us get theirs right after ours when they came in 45 minutes after we did. Don't know if we will be back. Just a bunch of punks with gauges, like the kind of wieners you see on tv whining about gun laws. It gets worse and worse every time we come.
4/21/18, Saturday @ 3 pm What a mess! No one was cleaning the tables, and there was no where to sit because of this. And they have many, many table and booths in this place. The hostess was oblivious to everyone. She just stood there. We found a place to sit and waited over ten minutes. No one even acknowledged us, so we left. This is the second time. Place was filthy and wait staff was not interested in the customers. We have friends who've had similar experiences and will not go back.
I won’t be back. Third time I have had terrible service. Our server couldn’t get our order correct, had to beg for a drink, pizza came and it was not what we ordered. Ended up paying for it but had to box it myself and then got the check wrong. Manager came out after the fact and offered a free pizza next time. Too much too late. We had enjoyed this location for about two years but can’t deal with the service now.
