This just happened. I called my order in- nothing hard just a personal pan supreme with extra cheese. On the phone I repeated said order three times! It was necessary because the person simply kept saying a personal pan with extra cheese. On the last time he repeated my order including the extra cheese. I get there and I pick up this dry pizza with barely any cheese, not one olive etc etc. I started to go back but thought better of it.. There is a manager there.. Quick take out pizza was not as cheesy as I wanted it to be. Missing some cheese on some spots kinda was a bread pizza . I know standards have changed but I like to have pizza fully covered without paying extra but it was ok tasting not the best not the worst .

Had to pick up an order here for door dash, waited in line for 20 min, by the time I got to the window, the order was already late, and they said it wasnt ready yet, and to pull up. I asked how long, and they said " if you dont want to wait just cancel the order". So, they are obviously punctual AND nice.
