Went to buy a pepperoni pizza, but they were out. A guy told me it'd be ready in a minute. Then, an older lady came over, rudely asking if I was buying anything. Before I could fully answer, she interrupted, pushing me to tap my card in a rude way. My roommate has experienced this same customer service issues. Hard to understand why this lady is always upset.
Today I went there for lunch, but all the available food had been sitting under heat lamps for several hours, and the cheese was dry and crusty, so I told the cashier I'd like one of their pasta dishes, but I would like it freshly cooked. The cashier refused, saying, "What is there is all I have." I would have spoken to a manager about it, but there was no manager there. EDIT 7/27/2024 - This being in my workplace, I thought I'd give them another try, but the only pizzas they had out for sale had expired hours ago.
I'm pretty sure nobody reads reviews for this place... They gotta put their hours on google tho I got no clue when they open
