I ordered a pizza on 01-10-2025 and was told it would be 50 mins. Then got a text saying they’d be here no later than 8:35pm. 9:00 came, I called. The lady that picked up the phone was rude of rip. She left me on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on me. I received a call back saying they’d pizza was on its way but by that time I was canceling the order and got hung up on again. They need to be replaced asap customer service skills are trash!
